Our staff is trained to be extremely careful and respectful when handling personal belongings found inside the vehicle. However, due to the nature of the cleaning services and the large number of vehicles they service daily, it is important to note that we are not responsible for any objects lost, damaged or forgotten inside the vehicle during the cleaning process.

We understand the sentimental and financial value that your belongings can have, and we want to assure you that we will do our best to avoid any inconvenience. We recommend that you remove significant items of value, important documents, electronic devices and anything you wish to keep during the cleaning process.

If you choose to leave any object inside the vehicle, we ask that you notify us in advance and provide a list of the items present, so that we can take note and take special care during cleaning. However, even with these measures, we cannot guarantee the safety and integrity of objects left inside the vehicle.

We also suggest that you carefully check the vehicle after cleaning to ensure that no items have been inadvertently left behind.

In addition to thorough washing, which requires attention to detail, surface decontamination is performed prior to polishing. For those unfamiliar, decontamination removes even the smallest traces of rubber, dust, and industrial contaminants that your car picks up while on the road. Like polishing, decontamination is a painstaking process and requires the use of professional-grade materials.

MACHINERY HANDLING

The foam pad, commonly known as the “pad”, used in machine polishing should never be tilted. Despite misconceptions, tilting the foam pad is just a fashion trend and not a professional polishing technique. Pad inclination generates uncontrolled pressure on the polished surface, resulting in holograms on the paint.

MATERIALS SELECTION

Polishing is a laborious task that requires specific materials. As mentioned earlier, time and experience are crucial. Therefore, it is important to entrust the work to professionals and experienced people who understand the process and know about the proper materials to use.

AVOIDING THE HURRY

The sequence of polishing processes is logical and, with careful consideration, does not require a manual. Before polishing your car, we take a series of steps to resolve various paint issues such as heavy dirt, minimal residue, persistent marks that won’t disappear during a wash, and different types of scratches (superficial, medium, and deep). It is the responsibility of our professionals to carry out a careful analysis and, in certain situations, inform the vehicle owner that trying to polish a heavily scratched car will not bring significant results. It is important to understand that if the vehicle has paint problems or deep scratches, polishing will not cover anything up.
